Clean Room Testing – Clean Room Certification
AGAPE provides comprehensive testing, certification, and maintenance of your clean rooms.
Service is generally performed on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, as established by current standards or customer application and requirements. All clean room testing is performed in accordance and compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices [cGMP], Institute of Environmental Sciences Technologies [IEST], and International Organization for Standardization [ISO], including: IEST-RP-CC-006.X, Federal Standard 209E, NSF/ANSI 49, ISO 14644-1, FDA Guidelines, and MHRA.
Chemical Fume Hood Testing – ASHRAE 110 Testing
AGAPE offers complete testing, certification, and maintenance of chemical fume hoods.
Tests and services include velocity profiling, smoke testing, ANSI and ASHRAE 110 testing, smoke visualization testing, cross-draft testing, VAV testing (variable air-volume testing), and tracer gas containment testing.
Biological Safety Cabinet Testing and Cetification – BSC Testing and Certification
AGAPE offers complete testing, certification, and maintenance of Biological Safety Cabinets or BSCs.
Tests and services include inflow velocity measurements, downflow velocity measurements, HEPA filter integrity testing or HEPA filter leak testing, fluorescent, airflow visualization testing, installation testing and alarm calibration, sound testing along with Optional Test: UV Light Intensity, non-viable particle counting, cabinet integrity testing and vibration testing.
AGAPE maintains the largest staff of NSF certified technicians in the state of Ohio. Each Certification technician has successfully completed the NSF Class II Biosafety Cabinet Field Accreditation testing program.
